Orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered the same business day. Afternoon orders go out first thing next morning.

Daily delivery routes along the I-80 and Highway 50 corridors. Same-day service on morning orders.

Standard delivery covers most situations, but we also handle the exceptions. Whether you need a full truckload of custom pallets or an emergency shipment by end of day, we have the logistics infrastructure to make it happen.
Oversized Orders
Orders exceeding 500 pallets or requiring non-standard dimensions receive dedicated logistics planning to ensure on-time, damage-free delivery.
Dedicated Truck Assignment
Large orders get their own truck and driver — no shared loads, no delays from other stops. Full truckloads of up to 600 standard pallets per run.
Custom Route Planning
Our logistics team maps the optimal route to your facility, accounting for loading dock access, weight restrictions, and delivery window requirements.
Multi-Drop Coordination
Need pallets delivered to multiple sites? We coordinate multi-stop routes with staggered delivery times so each location receives exactly what they need, when they need it.
Pre-Delivery Staging
For very large orders (1,000+ pallets), we can stage inventory at our yard and deliver in planned waves to avoid overwhelming your receiving area.
Rush & Emergency Orders
Production lines don't wait, and neither do we. Our rush order program is designed for situations where every hour counts.
Same-Day Pickup
If you can come to our North Highlands facility, rush orders are available for immediate pickup. We will have your pallets loaded and ready within 2 hours of confirmation.
Priority Scheduling
Rush delivery orders jump to the front of our dispatch queue. Within the Sacramento metro area, we can typically deliver within 4 hours of order confirmation.
Emergency Hotline
For after-hours emergencies, our dedicated line connects you directly with our dispatch team. Available Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Guaranteed Stock Reserve
Managed program clients can reserve emergency stock — we hold a pre-agreed quantity at our yard so rush orders are never limited by current inventory.
