Our Equipment
Fleet Details
We maintain a diverse fleet of delivery vehicles to handle any order size, any location, and any access situation. Every vehicle is company-owned and maintained for reliability.
Flatbed Trucks
Up to 500 pallets
Our workhorse vehicles for large-volume deliveries. Flatbed trucks offer easy access from both sides for forklift loading and unloading, making them the fastest option for high-volume orders. They're equipped with truck-mounted forklifts so we can unload anywhere — even locations without a loading dock.
Ideal for: Large orders, distribution centers, open-yard deliveries
Box Trucks
Up to 200 pallets
Enclosed box trucks provide weather protection and are ideal for navigating tighter urban routes where a full flatbed may not fit. These trucks are perfect for city deliveries, facilities with limited dock access, and situations where pallets need protection from rain or dust during transport.
Ideal for: Urban deliveries, weather-sensitive loads, tight spaces
Pickup Service
Any quantity — small orders welcome
For businesses selling pallets back to us, our pickup service handles everything. We send the right vehicle for your volume — from a pickup truck for a few dozen pallets to a flatbed for hundreds. Our drivers count and load pallets on-site, so all you need to do is make them accessible.
Ideal for: Pallet buyback, recycling collection, small orders
Plan Ahead
Scheduling Tips
Get the best delivery experience by planning ahead. Here are our recommendations for scheduling your pallet deliveries and pickups.
Standard Delivery
Book 48 hours ahead
For the best selection of delivery windows, place your order at least 48 hours before your preferred delivery date. This gives our logistics team time to plan the most efficient route and ensure your pallets are prepared, inspected, and staged for loading.
Rush & Same-Day
Available with surcharge
Need pallets today? We offer same-day delivery for emergency orders when inventory is available. Rush orders are dispatched within hours and prioritized in our delivery queue. A rush surcharge applies, but it's often worth it to avoid production downtime.
Loading Dock Access
Best times for smooth delivery
For the fastest unloading experience, schedule deliveries during your facility's least busy dock hours. Our drivers are experienced with dock appointment systems, receiver check-in procedures, and facility-specific protocols.

Delivery FAQ
What are your delivery hours?
Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM. Early morning and Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee. We accommodate most dock appointment windows.
Is there a delivery minimum?
No minimum order for deliveries within our primary service area. However, ordering in full truckloads (200-500 pallets depending on vehicle type) provides the best per-pallet delivery cost.
Can you deliver to a construction site or outdoor location?
Yes. Our trucks have mounted forklifts that can operate on varied terrain including gravel, dirt, and grass. We've delivered to construction sites, farms, orchards, event venues, and other non-traditional locations.
Do I need a forklift or loading dock for delivery?
No. Our trucks have truck-mounted forklifts that can unload pallets at ground level or at dock height. We handle all unloading — you just tell us where to place the pallets.
Can you pick up pallets at the same time as delivery?
Absolutely. Combined delivery and pickup is one of our most popular services. It saves you time and reduces transportation costs. Just let us know the estimated pickup quantity when you place your order.
What happens if there's a delay?
In the rare event of a delay, our dispatch team will proactively contact you with an updated ETA. We maintain backup vehicles and drivers to minimize the impact of any unexpected issues.
Prepare for Delivery
Loading & Receiving Guidelines
Help us make your delivery as smooth and fast as possible. These tips ensure efficient unloading and minimize time at your dock.
Clear the Drop Zone
Designate a clear area near your dock or delivery point where pallets can be unloaded safely. For ground-level deliveries via our truck-mounted forklifts, ensure the surface is level and firm (concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel).
Communicate Access Restrictions
If your facility has height limits, weight-restricted bridges, narrow access roads, or specific gate procedures, let us know at order time. Our dispatch team will route the appropriate vehicle and brief your driver.
Have Someone Available
Please have a representative on-site who can verify counts, confirm placement, and sign for receipt. This prevents post-delivery discrepancies and ensures pallets are placed exactly where you need them.
Prepare Pickup Pallets
If combining delivery with a pallet pickup, stack outgoing pallets near the dock before our truck arrives. Ground-level stacks of 10-15 are ideal. This allows our driver to load pickups while you inspect deliveries.
