Buying FAQ
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. However, free delivery applies to orders of 100+ pallets within our primary service area. Smaller orders can be picked up from our facility or delivered for a small fee.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is next business day for orders placed by 2 PM. Same-day delivery is available for emergency orders. Scheduled recurring deliveries can be set up on any day of the week.
Can I mix grades in one order?
Absolutely. Many customers order Grade A for customer-facing applications and Grade B or C for internal/warehouse use. We also offer "Combo" packs with mixed grades at an additional discount.
What if I receive pallets that don't meet grade specs?
We stand behind our grading. If any pallets don't meet the specified grade upon delivery, we'll replace them at no cost. Simply notify our driver during delivery or contact us within 48 hours.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Pricing improves at 200, 500, and 1,000+ pallet volumes. Standing orders (recurring weekly/monthly deliveries) receive the best pricing regardless of per-delivery quantity.
Can I inspect pallets before buying?
Yes. You're welcome to visit our facility at 4290 Roseville Rd, North Highlands during business hours to inspect our inventory and see our grading process firsthand.

FDA-compatible environments demand clean, inspected pallets. Choose heat-treated Grade A wood for dry goods or food-grade plastic for wet environments and cold storage.

Grade B
The sweet spot of cost and performance. Grade B pallets are fully functional for warehouse racking, forklift handling, and standard freight. The most popular choice for DC operations.

ISPM 15 compliance is mandatory for international wood pallets. All grades available with heat treatment. Choose plastic pallets to bypass treatment requirements entirely.
