Dedicated Urgent Line
For rush and emergency orders, call our dedicated urgent line during extended hours (Monday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM). You will speak directly with our dispatch team — no phone trees, no voicemail. Identify your order as urgent and we will prioritize it immediately.

If you can come to our North Highlands facility, rush orders are available for immediate pickup during business hours. Call ahead and we will have your pallets pulled, inspected, and staged for loading by the time you arrive. Most pickup orders are ready within 2 hours of confirmation.

Directions to Our Facility
We are located at 4290 Roseville Rd, North Highlands, CA 95660. Here are detailed directions from major routes.
From I-80 (East or West)
Take the Madison Avenue exit and head east on Madison Ave. Turn left onto Roseville Rd. Continue north for approximately 1.5 miles. Our facility is on the right side, just past the Roseville Rd and Elkhorn Blvd area. Look for the pallet yard with stacked inventory visible from the road.
From Highway 99 (North or South)
Exit onto Elkhorn Blvd and head east. Turn right onto Roseville Rd heading south. Our facility is approximately half a mile down on the left. If you reach Madison Ave, you have gone too far — turn around and head back north on Roseville Rd.
From Downtown Sacramento
Take I-80 East toward Reno. Follow directions from I-80 above. Total drive time from downtown is approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Alternatively, take Watt Ave north, then turn right onto Roseville Rd and continue to our location.

Our facility is in the North Highlands industrial area along Roseville Rd, between Madison Ave and Elkhorn Blvd. The yard is visible from the road with stacked pallets and delivery trucks. Look for our signage at 4290 Roseville Rd. Truck and trailer access is available through the main gate.

How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. During business hours (Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 5 PM), response time is typically within a few hours. Complex requests (custom pallets, large orders) may take slightly longer for detailed quoting.
Do I need an appointment to visit your facility?
No appointment necessary. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. If you're coming to inspect inventory or discuss a large order, sending us an email ahead of time is helpful so we can have the right person available.
What information should I include in my quote request?
For the fastest quote, include: pallet size (e.g., 48x40), quantity needed, preferred grade (A, B, or C), and your delivery location. For selling pallets, include the approximate quantity, condition, and your location.
Do you serve areas outside Sacramento?
Yes. Our primary service area covers the greater Sacramento metro region with free delivery on qualifying orders. We also serve the Bay Area, Central Valley, Reno, and other Northern California destinations with extended delivery options.
Can I get a tour of your facility?
Absolutely. We're proud of our operation and happy to show you how we sort, repair, recycle, and heat treat pallets. Stop by during business hours or contact us to arrange a guided tour.
Can you handle emergency or same-day orders?
Yes. We offer rush and emergency order services for time-sensitive needs. Same-day pickup is available at our North Highlands facility with orders typically ready within 2 hours. For same-day delivery within the Sacramento metro area, call our urgent line before 11:00 AM. Rush delivery fees may apply depending on distance and order size.
Do you offer bulk pricing or volume discounts?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing that decreases as order volume increases. Orders over 200 pallets qualify for bulk rates, and our managed program clients (Silver and Gold tiers) receive 10-20% discounts on all purchases. We also offer locked-in pricing for businesses with recurring monthly orders, protecting you from market fluctuations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, ACH bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and wire transfers. New customers start with payment on delivery or prepayment. After establishing an account history, we offer net-30 credit terms for qualifying businesses. Large or recurring orders can be set up with monthly invoicing.
How far do you deliver?
Our own fleet delivers throughout the Sacramento metro area (same-day available), to Woodland and Davis (next-day), the Central Valley including Stockton and Modesto (1-2 business days), and the Bay Area including San Francisco and San Jose (2-3 business days). We also service the North State and Sierra/Tahoe regions on scheduled routes. Delivery is free on qualifying bulk orders within our primary zone. Extended area delivery fees are based on distance and volume — contact us for a specific quote to your location.
